What is the output of emerge -pv kdelibs? Does qlist kdelibs | grep doc/HTML show anything?

Oops, totally forgot about this, sorry.
Comment 5 Michael Palimaka (kensington) gentoo-dev 2013-08-05 16:40:50 UTC
OK, it looks like this is being caused by USE="-handbook" not being respected.
Comment 6 Michael Palimaka (kensington) gentoo-dev 2013-08-05 17:14:18 UTC
This appears to be caused by upstream incorrectly recreating monolithic kdenetwork tarballs after migrating it to git.

kdenetwork-4.10.4: doc/${PN}
kdenetwork-4.10.5: ${PN}/doc

It looks like this issue could be solved by setting S=${WORKDIR}/${P}/${PN} in each kdenetwork ebuild.

I confirm this is fixed in krdc-4.11.0. Closing. Thanks.
