Adding the ~amd64 flag to dev-embedded/sdcc/sdcc-2.4.0_p20040331.ebuild allowed it to compile, install, and run properly.  Was able to compile some 8051 test code.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add ~amd64 to /usr/portage/dev-embedded/sdcc/sdcc-2.4.0_p20040331.ebuild
2. ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~amd64" emerge sdcc
3. Share and enjoy

Actual Results:  
sdcc compiled, installed, and ran.
