gnome-base/dconf-0.16.1 (and 0.14.1) failing to build because of missing gdbus-codegen dependency

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge dconf, if no gdbus-codegen present
2. notice a build failure
3. emerge gdbus-codegen
4. emerge dconf succeeded.

dconf-0.14.1 doesn't use gdbus-codegen, but 0.15 and higher does require it at build time.

Fixed in cvs; thank you for reporting!
