Please add the ebuilds (and distfiles - all under the GPL but IBM doesn't provide proper download URLs but a perl script that asks you to accept the GPL) to portage.

Ebuilds submitted in CVS, Currently there will be no s390-sources.  s390-oco depends on vanilla-sources-2.4.21

the ebuilds are now included in gentoo, and the tarballs are available from the gentoo mirrors (experimental directory)
