I added Gentoo to our mirror: mirror.noris.net

mirror.noris.net is reachable via ftp and http.

gentoo-portage is not useful without rsync. marking as distfiles until portage is available via rsync

Demand for mirrors is not large, so we do not need additional mirrors at this time. Thank you for your consideration.
