media-libs/libmatroska version 0.6.3 ebuild depends on
~dev-libs/libebml-0.6.4
As libebml-0.6.5 now exists, this dependency should change to >=dev-libs/libebml-0.6.4

So that libmatroska can use libebml-0.6.4 as well as libebml-0.6.5

Without this change, libmatroska keeps asking for 0.6.4, but when downgraded to 0.6.4, other packages ask for 0.6.5 and thus a dependancy loop.
