Description Dick Marinus 2004-04-15 01:23:54 UTC
I was wondering why vanilla-sources has kernels older than 2.4 but not 2.6.
Maybe it's time to add it?

I vote for that, too. It's quite a shame that we treat this new, fresh and juicy stable branch as a development one... :-(

This will be done relatively soon. We just have to fix up koutput, kmod, and kernel-2 before this change happens though. They are working properly now, but not everything is transitioned over to the new way of building external modules.

This is our goal and will be handled when we get to it. Sorry I can't be more forthcoming about it, but we're all rather busy right now.
