rancid-git-2.3.8.ebuild

Attached is the git variant of Rancid, rancid-git, based on the net-misc/rancid ebuild. Please add it to the tree.

You need to copy $FILESDIR from the main rancid build.

I just compiled/installed it, had no chance to test it.
