Considering that it looks like this is necessary for apache2 to run at all, I'd appreciate if it was actually listed and described in profiles/desc.

Can either Michal or I apply this? I just grabbed the descriptions from the website for all of the flags that were missing one. It looks like I also fixed two mis-alphabetical-orderings.
