Can you give an example of which keys don't work and what you have tried?

Try passing acpi_osi="Linux" as a kernel parameter, you can do this in the configuration of your boot leader; if specifying Linux doesn't work, you'll have to try spoofing support with acpi_osi="Windows 2012".
