Attached is an ebuild for entropy broker, no runscript yet. I'll attach one when I get around to it.

Simply nobody has decided to pick it up yet unfortunately.

I recently tried bumping to the current version but the build system is pretty wonky.

Unfortunetly I haven't enough need to finish the job.
