virtual/cblas-2.0 in the science overlay depends, among others, on sci-libs/openblas[incblas]. However, the lastest version of this package (updated today AFAIK) doesn't have anymore the incblas USE flag since it builds cblas library by default.

This causes cblas to pull another cblas-providing lib, like gotoblas2 or atlas.

Please remove the USE flag dependency to fix it.
