Per email igli wants to apply for foundation membership.
@steveL I will add you to the agenda of out next full meeting, which will be in Sept. Aug is our annual general meeting.

I obviously won't be voting on this, but FWIW I support Steve's application.  He has been fairly active on lists/etc for a long time, and in his email'ed application he provided numerous examples of tangible contributions to the community.

I'm aware of iglis contributions to Gentoo.
