Hi! vireo.gentoo.org is unreachable via both IPv4 and IPv6.

I can't figure out why this is in the rotation at all. I'll remove it and get back to you.

I think we had some networking issues with hetzner a while back. Anyway it should no longer be in the rotation once dns stops caching them.
