From the Gentoo Linux Development Policy: "Every package must be accompanied by a metadata.xml file which lists - amongst other information - what herd (and/or individual maintainers) are in charge of the package."

Please add a metadata.xml to this package listing the herd to which the package belongs and the maintainer in charge.

And in addition, the DESCRIPTION variable for net-mail/pop-before-smtp-1.34 needs to be corrected from the skel.ebuild value to one that actually applies to the package in question.

Suggested is the following from http://sourceforge.net/projects/popbsmtp/
