Bug 477842 – x11-wm/openbox-3.5.0_p20130215 - maximized chromium window misses one pixel in height

emerge --info chromium openbox

If chromium window is maximized and there is some another maximized window behind it, then clicking on the very top of the screen brings up that other window.

I get this with a combination of
x11-wm/openbox-3.5.0_p20130215
and
www-client/chromium-28.0.1500.71

With the same chromium and previous version of openbox (3.5.0_p20121006) this problem did not appear.

I masked x11-wm/openbox-3.5.0_p20130215 and the problem was solved.

I forgot to say that I use lxde.

This bug needs to be reported upstream. In any case, this bug does not seem serious enough to block the stabilization on bug 477744

Could you try to build openbox-9999 and see if that problem exists? If not then we can make a new snapshot.

I installed openbox-9999 and confirm that the problem exists.
