This dependency is needed due to QtUiTools, otherwise compilation fails.

Well, splitting QtUiTools is an idea too, though that would be about 5 files total.

...though the deps in both designer and linguist would likely need to be strict in case of a split (probably as far as on ~qtuitools-${PV}).

It looks like missing deps on this are cropping up a bit, so it would be nice to settle on a decision either way.

I know, but if "someone" didn't prematurely unmask it, moreover without asking the team...

Anyway, I was away from my gentoo machine for the past 2 weeks, I'll try to look into this asap now that I'm back.

I've decided to keep QtUiTools in dev-qt/designer.

Dependency added to linguist, closing.
