Hello, I made some CSS changes to the Bugzilla for my own comfort and enjoyment, although I've seen that these changes are very well accepted by the community.

The changes are not big nor fatal. 
* Change the width of the comments to 100% (no longer forcefully wrapped comments).
* Relocated the links for "Collapse/Expand Comments".
* Restructured the "Flags" option to match the table structure it is in.
* Centered the top "Save Changes" button (it was 1px OFF!!).

See attached before-and-after.gif for better understanding.
NOTE: The bolded Status has been removed as I don't think it'll look good for everyone.
