an ebuild for latexdiff-1.0.3

hello,
dev-tex/latexdiff is currently in version 1.0.3 while the latest ebuild in the portage tree is a "legacy" (I'm quoting the author here) version. I'll add an ebuild that works for me.

so, now the current version is 1.0.4, the previous ebuild stopped working but this new one should do the trick.

Is already in the tree by now.
