Running a world pass, sci-astronomy/sofa_c-20120301a fails on install with :

cp sofa.h sofam.h /var/tmp/portage/sci-astronomy/sofa_c-20120301a/image//usr/include/
cp sofa.h sofam.h /var/tmp/portage/sci-astronomy/sofa_c-20120301a/image//usr/include/
cp: cannot create regular file '/var/tmp/portage/sci-astronomy/sofa_c-20120301a/image//usr/include/sofa.h': File exists
make: *** [/var/tmp/portage/sci-astronomy/sofa_c-20120301a/image//usr/include/sofam.h] Error 1

can't reproduce, so assuming it is a parallel building issue. reopen if it does not fix it.

Thanks! I could have sworn it was compiling, but my @world is very inconsistent due to ppl being out of sorts with glpk, so I wasn't sure if something out of perspective needed rebuilt on my end. Looks good & all fixed. Will re-open if it fails again.
