Some QGIS plugins (e.g. Plugin Builder) expect dev-python/PyQt4 to be built with WebKit support. When it is not, installation of the plugin fails with an error message Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Install dev-python/PyQt4 without WebKit support 2.Install QGIS 1.8.0 3.Try to install Plugin Builder Actual Results: Error message: This plugin is broken. Python said: cannot import name QtWebKit Expected Results: Plugin runs normally re-emerging dev-python/PyQT4 with USE="webkit" fixes the problem
