Description Alexander Jenisch 2004-04-11 14:00:51 UTC
emerge installes gimp-print-5.0.0_alpha1. after successfully doing that it will downgrade it to 4.2.6, when doing emerge -Du world again. infinitly. please fix that.

4.
Comment 2 Heinrich Wendel (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-04-11 18:07:56 UTC
4.2.6 is the latest stable version, so portage shouldn't upgrade to 5.0.0_alpha1, try to rsync again
Comment 3 Alexander Jenisch 2004-04-11 19:32:41 UTC
i forgot to mention, that i use ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~x86" in my make.conf.

i did another sync... nothing changed.
Comment 4 Heinrich Wendel (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-04-12 04:23:29 UTC
i masked gimp-print-5.0.0_alpha1, because it's an alpha version, now it shouldn't upgrade anymore.
