Manuel has been trying to send us (recruiters, me, Justin) his ebuilds + tarball as part of this recruitment process. However, neither me nor Justin ever received his e-mails. Could you check the logs from the 29th of June around 1900UTC and see if there is a problem?

I was able to get his e-mails on a non-@gentoo.org account.

I recently received a tar.xz so either my procmail rules were wrong or there was a glitch at that time. anyway lets close it
