patch for ebuild

There is no API.java in bfgminer distribution since 2.10.9 (see the NEWS file), but ebuild tries to install it with USE=examples. Attaching patch for ebuild

This landed in the commit as can be seen in the bug URL field although we might want to merge in other changes too:

Upstream tells me this is fixed.
