I've just updated to LibreOffice 4.1 and now it Calc starts up with High Contrast icons set, which are ugly. Tried to set Icons in Tools/Options/View manually to "Oxygen" or "Tango"; deleted ~/.libreoffice and ~.config/libreoffice and anything found in ~ about it. ... all to no avail. LibreOffice ignores all settings and starts up with High Contrast Icons. Annoying. Reproducible: Always
What useflags you built it with? What is your desktop environment. How about some emerge --info? Even if you say always it looks pretty normal on my pc.

Oh my! After checking with a new test user which showed me, that it indeed works and kicking anything which does smell likely to be somehow attached to LO I finally run into https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=1251467#p1251467 -.- working again. *grml* Seems that in LO 4.1 the "automatically detect high-contrast mode of operating system" gets a false positive here and therefore does not let me chose other icon sets. Even if I insist. LO finds itself smarter than the user in this case. Ok. Disabled that and back to normal again. Sorry for the noise. Change status of this report.
