Compilation fails due version mismatch between latest available myodbc (5.1.6) and mysql (5.5.32). The absence of compatible myodbc version makes downgrading mysql to outdated version.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge mysql
2. emerge myodbc
3.
Actual Results:  
failed compilation of myodbc

Expected Results:  
Compiled package

dev-db/myodbc-5.2.5 has been pushed to the mysql overlay.

Please test and report if issues are solved.
