OpenDCHub is not on portage tree to my knowlage.

I have an ebuild; after a bit more testing, I'll put it into portage. Note that I had to patch the ./configure file to not create the config files in $HOME, but included will be a script that sets up opendchub for the user you wish to run it as. It seems to be working and I'll commit soon.
