The ebuild should have a PYTHON_DEPEND="2".

One of the CMake files* is invoking a simple python script that returns the version number, which doesn't work with python3 and the configure phase fails if default python is set to 3.x.

* compizconfig/compizconfig-python/CMakeLists.txt (at the beginning)
