texlive 2013 is the current version

They hate 0-day version bump requests ;-)
But lets use this as a tracker bug.

Would it be possible to add an 9999 hardmasked ebuild version for texlive with this information?

A 9999 version for gentoo testers would help to find dependencies and problems early.

Is there a plan to unmask texlive 2013? What are the problems that prevents to do this?

unmasked on arches that could have it
