Description Kurt McKee 2004-04-09 13:36:52 UTC
When I hover my mouse over a friend's screenname, and their away message contains an ampersand, the tooltip won't display anything but an icon. I've got a screenshot and output from the debug window.

It appears that the ampersand isn't being escaped properly for pango layout.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add yourself to the buddy list on AIM (which displays tooltips with away msgs)
2. Set an away message containing an ampersand
3. Hover your mouse over your screenname

Actual Results:
A tootip containing only the AIM away icon popped up.

Expected Results:
There should have been an entire tooltip with buddy info, including the away
message that was just set.
