current nose stable has trouble with py3. 1.3.0 has a known fail in pypy in its own selftest which does not block going stable. I'll file it next

the fail under pypy is non fatal and stems from pypy being just too slow, the emerge continues for pypy. It's py2.5 that simply hangs
