The ebuild apparently does not contain a build dependency for 'pkgconfig'. The merge of DFBSee fails because of this. Manually emerging pkgconfig before emerging DFBSee is a workaround for the problem.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. epm -e pkgconfig
2. emerge DFBSee
3.

Actual Results:  
Error message during configure/build about wrong version of DirectFB (which is 
not true) and a hint that pkg-config is not found on the system.

Expected Results:  
See details. emerge must first emerge pkconfig and then DFBSee.
