Please consider to add (U)EFI instructions to the installation handbook. I think a lot of users that are on newer hardware currently have to search the internet for alternative means, or are unaware of the difference; and some of them end up finding their broken (U)EFI or BIOS based install not working on their (U)EFI system. Not every documentation out there (eg. other distros) will work when the same commands are ran on Gentoo... Listing (U)EFI instructions in the installation handbook would benefit our users. so far as i know, none of us have uefi systems. i have a mac mini i could theoretically test on, but that requires a whole host of mac-specific efi software/tweaks, not generalized pc uefi knowhow. the wiki instructions are a mess, so i'm reluctant to just copy stuff over. also, it doesn't have info on the debacle that is uefi secure boot mode, and how to work around it. in short, there's a lot of stuff that we should document, but so far as i know, none of us knows how to actually perform that install.
