When installing keystone, you get the default config file as a sample.
When installing glance, you don't, and it would be useful (especially since there is several of them).

Theses files are in the etc/ folder in the source tarball.

lance-api-paste.conf (or glance-api-paste.conf) doesn't exist in that folder.

I am installing the files into /etc/glance.

2012.2.4-r1 and 2013.1.2-r1 will have the fix
