This is an update for the lirc in portage, with also a fix: there is now a 'syslog' USE flag which can be used to tell lirc to use syslog instead of writing his logs into the /var/log/lircd file directly.

bumped, i enabled syslog by default, cause it don't think it warrants a new local use flag
