Bug 473022 – net-misc/putty: install more icons to fit better with gnome-shell

Gnome-shell activities show icons with bigger size and, then, 32x32 installed icon looks ugly on it. Attach ebuild uses method used by upstream to generate icons of different sizes, solving this issue. Also I add a call to update icon cache

I can commit it myself if you want

Er, this needs convert (imagemagick I guess) to work.

In that case, if you don't want to DEPEND on convert... maybe the icons can be provided in a tarball :/
