Description Carsten Lohrke (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-04-08 12:41:15 UTC
I wasn't fine having jfs & xfs stuff installed just because of qtparted, so I made jfs ntfs reiserfs and xfs optional via use flags. Enabled label support too (>=parted-1.6.7 dependency, Bug 45211), which justifies a new revision imho.

v.0.4.4 is out btw.
Comment 3 Martin Holzer (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-04-30 05:12:05 UTC
0.4.4 was added in bug 49352
Comment 4 Caleb Tennis (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-05-20 17:31:29 UTC
yep, marking as fixed.
Comment 5 Carsten Lohrke (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-05-20 17:43:12 UTC
Caleb: Have a look at the the attached ebuild. V.0.4.4 still forces me to have all fs utils installed and doesn't enable label support. If you don't like to see all the fs related local use flags, I can use my local ebuild of course, but at least label support should be enabled.
Comment 6 Ramon de Ruiter 2004-06-23 07:48:27 UTC
I can't even get 0.44 to compile:

checking for reiserfs_fs_create in -lreiserfs... no
configure: error: *** reiserfsprogs library (libreiserfs) not found

!!! ERROR: sys-apps/qtparted-0.4.4 failed.
!!! Function kde_src_compile, Line 118, Exitcode 1
!!! died running ./configure, kde_src_compile:configure

I thought the reiser stuff was going to be dumped because of all the bugs?
Comment 7 SpanKY gentoo-dev 2004-06-23 09:12:52 UTC
i fixed the configure bug in cvs
Comment 8 Carsten Lohrke (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-06-23 09:43:24 UTC
Thanks SpanKY, but still no warning. I left three pointers in forums.g.o by now.
