Patch to fix HTML documentation install

Hi-
    When attempting to install media-gfx/librecad-9999, the build process fails at src_install.  The 'dohtml' line for the HTML docs tries to install docs in support/doc (from ${S}) when the correct path is librecad/support/doc.  With the patch (attached) to the ebuild, it builds and merges successfully.
