Ebuild for 3.6.2

Hi,

I noticed that gwaei hasn't had a version bump since 3.2.0, which is about 1.5 years old.  I would like to submit an ebuild that bumps the version to the most recent one, released a half a year ago.

I have added a new IUSE for mecab support and a runtime dependency for the icon-theme.

I just modified the existing 3.2.0 ebuild.  I only tested AMD64, though.

Hopefully you find this acceptable.

This is to add the mecab use flag to the metadata file, since mecab is an optional build-time dependency.
