Texinfo 5.1's ebuild has the following in configure econf \ --with-external-libintl-perl \ --with-external-Unicode-EastAsianWidth \ --with-external-Text-Unidecode \ Why are these required and not optional through use keywords? It forces the user to install a whole lot of perl modules that may not be necessary.
Those perl modules are always required. If we don't pass those flags to configure, the package uses bundled copies, which is against Gentoo QA policy.
