When I attempt to emerge libgnomeuimm 2.0, it will fail every time. I've gone and cleaned out /var/tmp as well as /tmp and the error still occurs. The signifiying line of the problem in the emerge is: libtool: link: cannot find the library `/var/tmp/portage/gtkmm-2.2.8/image/usr/ make[2]: *** [generate_extra_defs] Error 1 make[2]: Leaving directory `/var/tmp/portage/libgnomeuimm-2.0.0/work/libgnomeui tra_defs_gen' make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory `/var/tmp/portage/libgnomeuimm-2.0.0/work/libgnomeui make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 !!!
