This tool brought apache2 restart delay down from 5 minutes to nearly instantaneous on my amd64 system by feeding numbers from /dev/hw_random into the kernel's entropy random number generator.  Very useful for amd64-based servers, compiles/installs/runs without a hitch when the ~amd64 flag is added.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add ~amd64 flag to /usr/portage/sys-apps/rng/tools/rng-tools-1.0.ebuild
2. ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~amd64" emerge rng-tools
3. Share and enjoy

Actual Results:  
rng-tools-1.0 compiled and installed without a hitch.  I was then able to start
the daemon, add it to my boot runlevel, and enjoy the results.
