I can confirm both the bug and that the modified patch found at http://vondel.student.utwente.nl/SoQt-1.5.0-pkgconfig-partial.patch works p.s. funny, the patch is three years old, and we've hit the bug the same day at about the same time, Friday evening I've tried to emerge freecad, gone on Saturday, now investigating why that failed ...
