The cvs2svn python script is no longer part of the subversion distribution. The installation of the script in the ebuild is obsolete.

A info message at the end of the emerge might be useful.

I don't know if a comment at the end of the subversion installation is necessary, but I removed the attempted installation from 1.0.9 (it was already removed for 1.1.0) and added a new cvs2svn package.
