ebuild for air-1.2.3_beta3

The installer for air is not very conducive to the portage build system. To
clean things up this ebuild requires the patch (attatched below). The only true
build dependencies are perl-tk and sharutils and while not specifically
required mt-st is an RDEPEND as upon execution it claims it is vital to useful
operation. I didn't add netcat or cryptcat as RDEPENDS because they are only
needed for specific purposes and the air gui warns the user to install them if
they need certain functions.

Eliminates hardcoded paths from install script

This patch removes the hardcoded install paths so that the installer can be
sandboxed by only modifying 2 variables.
