Taxbird is discontinued since 2012 see (http://www.taxbird.de/)

It might be interesting for some users to leave the ebuild in gentoo for some time, but mark it in the LONGDESCRIPTION variable with a string like
"Taxbird development discontinued in 2012. The successor of Taxbird is Geierlein see app-office/geierlein"
