Kernel crash camera screenshot

Steps to replicate:

Use virt-manager/libvirt/qemu-kvm to create a guest gentoo in a virtual machine. Set up host networking to use macvlan on top of the eth device (may not be necessary but here for completeness), and set the guest to use macvtap on top of the eth device.

Install ssh server in the guest. Connect to guest ssh server from a remote machine (not the host machine - communication within host to vm works fine). Perform an action that causes lots of text to be sent out from the guest (I use cd /; find). Host kernel instantly crashes, hard reboot needed.

I attempted to bisect this but repeated crashes are causing all kinds of grief with my RAID array and many of the kernels git gives me are not able to perform the test, so I'm reporting this without bisection results.

gentoo-sources 3.8.5: NOT affected
gentoo-sources 3.9.0: Affected
gentoo-sources 3.9.1: Affected
gentoo-sources 3.9.2: Affected

Attached is screenshot of one possible crash. There is another that can happen where many OOPS roll across the screen and I cannot see the first one. Kernel always dies at the end.

Attaching affected kernel .config next

Appears fixed in 3.10.1 (haven't tested 3.10.0).
