Gentoo can be installed in many different ways and offers a lot of freedom and choices while installing. Sometimes installation manual can fall short of explaining things in more details to a very advanced user or give way too much information to a newbie. I am wondering if it could be possible if we can create a dynamic installtion document. Ask few questions like: 1> Net connection? yes or no 2> What kind of net connection? cable/modem/adsl .. Questions can go on regarding partitioning and asking if setup is for desktop or server, questiins can even be asked to give him set of USE flags, recommended CFLAGS... whatever we can think of. And an option to print the document directly from web. I guess that will solve lot of redundant questions being asked on forums and IRC. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
