Updated to gaim 0.76 and gaim-encryption 2.22.
When attempting to send an encrypted message,
the message window just says "requesting key"
(which never arrives). It always worked before

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
Encryption does not turn on automatically.
When turning it on manually, key never
arrives from other party (and then must
turn manual encryption OFF to continue).

It seems (as I expected) that the people upstream
finally heard about this.

From http://gaim-encryption.sourceforge.net/

"Note: Changes to to HTML handling in several of
the Gaim 0.76 protocols broke Gaim-Encryption.
Hopefully these issues will be fixed soon. Until
then, if you are using Yahoo, MSN, or ICQ, stick
with 0.75."

Note that AIM to ICQ works fine, but ICQ to ICQ does not.
