In the hardend Gentoo, SELinux using the latest LiveCD nostages, the module loaded with modprobe for the Netfinity5600 IBM raid controller gives an error saying that I have version 4.7.* installed and the driver is 7.0.0 which is not a valid driver number.  The latest from IBM is 6.1.*

So the install of SELinux fails after unpacking the stages.tar.b2 and also provides error messages throughout saying denied with not enough permissions????

not a catalyst bug. catalyst is the tool used to build the stages, it has nothing to do with the outcome.

have you tried this with the current livecd?

please reopen if it still fails with the current livecd, and you can provide more info.
